Overview. We are honored to support your mental wellness journey. To maintain the highest quality of care and program integrity, we operate under a clear commitment policy. No Refunds. All purchases and payments made to SomersetHealing Hooves are final and non-refundable. This applies to all individual sessions, multi-session packages, specialized programs, and digital content. Once a purchase is completed, no credits or refunds will be issued, except in specific instances where a refund is strictly required by applicable U.S. law.

Rescheduling and Disputes

Rescheduling. We understand that life happens. If you need to move a session, please provide the required notice as outlined in our booking terms to ensure you do not forfeit the session credits. Charge Disputes. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all payments are final. We encourage a culture of open communication and ask that you reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns or questions regarding your billing rather than initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
